The Management Group chaired by the project Coordinator includes the financial manager of IP, the WP leaders and representatives of IP administrative and financial unit. The Management Group responsibility is to monitor and control the efforts for efficient coordination of the project activities: timely distribution of tasks, timely reporting to the Commission, proper distribution and utilization of financial and human resources.
